Refund & Return Policy
This Refund & Return Policy applies to all orders placed on our website for customers in the United States.
Refund Window
Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order. Return requests must be submitted within this timeframe to be eligible for review.
Once the 30-day period has passed, return requests may no longer be eligible for processing.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept return requests under the following conditions:
- Item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- Item is unworn, unused, and in its original condition
- Return request is submitted within the refund window
Customer-Related Returns
If a return is requested due to customer reasons, such as size issues, change of preference, or ordering the wrong item, the item must still meet the general return conditions listed above.
In such cases, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
Product Issue Returns
If the item is defective, damaged during transit, or incorrect due to fulfillment error, we will provide a prepaid return label or cover the return shipping cost.
After the returned item is received and inspected, a refund or replacement will be processed based on the customer’s preference.

2. Wait for return authorization and instructions
3. Package the item securely in its original packaging
4. Ship the item according to the return instructions provided by our support team
Return Address
Returns are processed through our U.S. return center.
The return address will be provided by our customer service team after your return request is approved.
In most cases, returns are handled through a U.S.-based return facility depending on the order and logistics arrangement.
Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Refunds are typically issued within 5–7 business days after approval.
Due to varying processing times between financial institutions, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for eligible items. Exchange requests follow the same inspection and processing procedure as returns. No additional restocking fees are charged for exchanges.
Non-Returnable Situations
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Items that have been used, washed, or altered
- Items returned outside the refund window
- Items not in their original condition
